- Eligibility:
The program is open to all individuals who are 18 years of age or older and have a valid Kingdom of Saudi Arabia phone number. To enroll in the program, you must provide your name and phone number.
- Earning points:
Points can be earned by making purchase only at Lulu brick and mortar stores. Points will be awarded based on the amount spent on each purchase and will be computed based on the ongoing promotions at the respective stores. Points cannot be earned on the purchase of gift cards. Points cannot be transferred to any other person regardless of their subscription status to any program. Points obtained under this program will not be transferable to anyone.
- Redeeming points:
Points can be redeemed on future purchase at lulu stores. Points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Customers have the choice to redeem their points when they have accrued a minimum of 400 points, and they can do so in increments of 100 points during purchases at Lulu stores.
Every 400 points will be calculated as equal to 1 Saudi Riyal
- Issuance of Forced Redemption Voucher:
Once a customer accumulating 10,000 points, he/she will be issued with a redemption voucher for SAR 25 on the next subsequent purchase.
- 4. Recovery of Points:
The company retains the authority to reclaim any points issued due to errors or incorrect application of promotions.
When returning items for which happiness points were received, those points will be recovered. If there aren't enough points available for recovery at the time of return, the equivalent value of the points associated with the return will be deducted from the exchange voucher or other applicable refund method.
- Expiration of points & Voucher:
Points will expire in one year from the date they are earned. Voucher issued under this program will expire within 90 days of its issuance.
- Changes to the program:
The company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program or any of its terms and conditions at any time without notice. The company will make reasonable efforts to communicate any significant changes to program members.
- Privacy:
The company will collect and use personal information collected through the program in accordance with its privacy policy.
8.Promotions:
You're consenting to get promotional communications via whatsapp , SMS e-mail, w.r.t Lulu happiness program and it's offers.
- You can opt-out of this program by writing an email to [email protected]. After successful verification of identity, you shall be removed from receiving points under this program. Your points shall be permanently erased upon removal.
- Governing law:
These terms and conditions and the program shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA and any disputes arising out of or in connection with the program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
