Ingredients

  • 300g mixed vegetables (Red Bell Pepper & Onion), chopped.
  • 3 tsp. olive oil.
  • 300g tomato passata.
  • 5-tbsp. (70g) MAGGI® Mediterranean Cooking Sauce.
  • 900g white fish fillet, two pieces
  • Fresh parsley & lemon wedge (optional garnish)
    To serve
  • Steamed rice / 12 pieces pita bread.

Directions

  • In a large frying pan, sauté vegetables in olive oil until soft, add tomato passata and MAGGI® Mediterranean Cooking Sauces and continue cooking over medium heat for 2 minutes.
  • Place fish over sauce, cover and simmer over medium to low heat for 10 minutes until fish is cooked.
  • Remove from heat and garnish with parsley and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice before serving with steamed rice or pita bread.
