EPP is one of the payment methods available on LuLu hypermarkets/LuLu website/LuLu app. Your orders can be paid in easy monthly installments if you have a card from any of the below banks or payment partners. Installment payments are available on the following cards:

What is the process to convert my transactions to Easy Payment plans?
After you complete the transaction with LuLu, contact your selected bank and they will convert it to monthly installments according to the specified tenure. Depending on the selected banks, you will be charged a one-time processing fee.

Can I use Debit card for EPP?
No, you cannot use Debit card for EPP.
What are the interest rates?
Converting your payment to installments does not incur any interest. Only a one-time processing fee will be charged, which varies from bank to bank.
Will I be charged any other fee?
No, you will not be charged any other fee except one-time processing fee.
Do I need to contact my bank?
Once you have completed the transaction, you should contact the selected bank. It will cost you a one-time processing fee, which you will be informed about by the bank. Payments will be added to your credit card statement each month.
