Ingredients

  • Cerelac Wheat & Honey 50g
  • Diced Vegetables (peas, corn, zucchini, bell pepper) 1 cup
  • Vegetable oil 1/8
  • Cheese, shredded 3/4
  • Yogurt 1 tbsp
  • Flour 3/4
  • Baking powder 1 tsp

Cooking Method

Preheat the oven at 180 degrees C.Chop the vegetables and cook in a pan with 1 tsp. of oil until soft and tender. Leave aside to cool.In a bowl, add the yolk, milk, oil, and yogurt. Mix with a whisk.Add the Cerelac, flour, and baking powder, and mix again. "Finally, mix in the cheese and vegetables./ If the batter is too sticky, you can add a little milk". Scoop the mix into an oiled (non-stick) muffin tin and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees C for 16-18 minutes.
