CERELAC Salmon Patties

Ingredients

  • Cerelac Wheat 50g & more for coating
  • Salmon filet 200g
  • Lemon juice 5 tsp / seperated 1 tsp & 4 tsp
  • White pepper, sweet paprika (optional)Pinch
  • Garlic clove, mashed (optional)1
  • Potato, medium boiled 1
  • Carrot, boiled 1
  • Spring onion, chopped 2
  • Mustard 2 tsp
  • Oil touch, for cooking

Pour 1 tsp. of lemon juice on the salmon and cook it in the oven at 180 degrees C for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, boil the carrot and potato until soft. Once done, remove and peel. Separate the cooked salmon from the skin and flake it in a bowl. Place the mashed carrot and potato onto the flaked salmon and mix all together with a fork. Add the Cerelac, chopped spring onion, mustard, garlic, remaining lemon juice (4 tsp.), and spices (if using). Mix well, shape into patties, and coat them in Cerelac Wheat (optional). Cook the patties in a non-stick pan with a touch of oil.

N.B: Make sure to supervise your little foodie during feeding time and you can cut or shape the dish conveniently to his/her needs.
