CERELAC Chicken Fingers

From 8 months onwards, ideal for lunch or dinner. When you add CERELAC while preparing the chicken fingers you guarantee goodness of cereals and nutrients like iron & other vitamins!

Ingredients

  • Cerelac Wheat & Fruits Pieces 50g
  • Chicken Breast, cubed 1
  • Cheese, shredded 2 tbsp
  • Olive oil weight/size
  • Green Apple, peeled & sliced 1/2
  • White pepper weight/size
  • Onion Powder weight/size
  • Oregano
  • Garlic Powder weight/size
  • Vegetable oil for cooking

Cooking Method

Place the chicken, Cerelac, cheese, olive oil, apple, and spices (if using) in a food processor and mix until they all come together.Using clean hands, roll them into finger shapes and coat them with more Cerelac until the surface of the chicken finger is all covered.In a lightly oiled non-stick pan, grill the fingers on both sides until golden.Cook & freeze half the fingers for another time.
