CERELAC BANANA PANCAKES

Ingredients

  • Cerelac Wheat & Fruits Pieces 40g
  • Ripe Banana ½
  • Egg Yolk 1
  • Milk 1/3 cup
  • Vegetable Oil 1 tsp
  • Cinnamon 1/4 tsp
  • Flour 2 tbsp
  • Baking Powder 1/2 tsp

Cooking Method

Mash the banana in a bowl. Add the egg yolk, milk, and oil and mix with a whisk. Add the Cerelac, flour, baking powder, and cinnamon. Continue whisking until mixture comes together. If the mixture is dry add an additional tablespoon of milk. Cook on a non-stick pan and serve with Cerelac Fruit Puree (optional).
