Preparation Methods
vHeat a pot with ghee & add the gravy.vAdd the chicken thigh & cook on low heat till
the chicken is soft and tender and fully cooked.vIn a separate pot layer half of the boiled quinoa, then add the chicken cooked in gravy.Add the rerest of the boiled quinoa on top.vadd the fried onion, cashew & raisins.vCover & cook 4 to 5 minutes on low heat.vRemoved from the fire, mix well and serve.
