Ready To Cook Dal Makhani

Ingredients:
Ø Red Kidney Beans 80gØ Chana Dal 80gØ Urid Whole 80gØ Butter 100gØ Ginger Paste 30gØ Garlic Paste 30gØ Coriander Leaves 100gØ Kasuri Methi 50g 5gØ Prima Cooking Cream 100gØ Makhani Gravy 500g


Preparation Methods
vSoak the dal mix 2 to 3 hours.vBoil the dal after soaking, till its fully cooked/
till its soft.vHeat a pan with butter & add the kasuri Methi &
ginger garlic Paste.vAdd the Makahi gravy, boiled dal & cook on low
heat.vFinally add the cream & juliennes of ginger.vAdd Salt as required.
