KitKat Brownie Cheese Cake

Ingredients

  • 4 KitKat 4-Finger bars
  • 1 Box Betty Crocker Dark Chocolate Fudge Brownie Mix (including other ingredients)
  • 500g Cream Cheese
  • 50g Sugar
  • 1tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 2 large Egg

Directions

  • 1. Prepare the Betty Crocker brownie cake mix as per packet instructions. Pour into greased 20x20 brownie tin, place in fridge to keep cool while preparing the cheesecake mixture.
  • In a large bowl, mix Cream Cheese and Sugar and whisk together until smooth, add Vanilla and Eggs and continue mixing until completely uniform. Bake at 180-c for 35-40-minutes.
  • Remove brownie tin from fridge, arrange KitKat fingers on top of brownie, side by side. Spoon cheesecake mixture on top of the Kit Kats and using back of a spoon smoothen the top, place in preheated oven and cook for another 40 minutes.
  • Remove and allow to fully cool before cutting into squares, top with Kit Kat pieces and serve
