Ingredients
- 750g lean chicken breast, cut into large cubes
- 2 medium onions or 300g, cut into thin slices
- 3 garlic cloves, sliced
- 1 ½ teaspoons of each: ginger, turmeric, coriander and cumin powder
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 3 cups or 750ml water
- 2 cubes MAGGI Perfect Saffron Stock
- 450g pumpkin, peeled and cut into large cubes
- 300g prunes
- Zest of 1 small lemon
- Juice of 1 small lemon
- 4-6 servings of cooked couscous
