Hi LG,The LG has introduce the product with satisfy the customer needs as well as safer environment.The LG introduce lots of new technology to the digital world .... LG Features are very user friendly...with so many option when compared to other branded products... I feel after washing in my LG washing machine cloths looks more clean and shiny and also important there is no color changes . Options like skin care is not in other branded .. quick 20 option can save water and electricity ... I have 2 kids so always prefer to put their clothes in baby care... and silent wash is most important feature i felt no noise when machine was running so its make everybody comfortable at home especially my little ones sleeping time. Overall I BELIEVE LG PRODUCTS ARE AWESOME .. sorry my washing machine model number is not showing I'm selecting another model
