Halloween Meringues 8 pcs

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 8o degrees Celsius andplace parchment paper on a baking sheet.
2. In a medium bowl, set it over a pot withsimmering water. Combine egg whites, sugar,and a pinch of Cream of Tartar. Whiskcontinuously until the sugar dissolvescompletely(approximately7minutes).Themixture should feel smooth, not grainy whenrubbed between your thumb and finger.
3. Transfer this mixture to another bowl.
4. Add the pure vanilla extract to the mixture.
5.In a separate mixing bowl, start beating onlow speed, gradually increasing to high, forabout 7minutes until stiff, shiny peaks form.
6. Take 100og of the meringue and add greenfood coloring, mixing it with a rubber spatula.
7.Add orange food coloring to the remainingmeringue and mix thoroughly.
8. Place the orange meringue into a piping bagfitted with a star nozzle. Pipe pumpkin shapesonto the parchment, leaving about 1-inch ofspace between them. The meringues won'texpand during baking.
9. Use another piping bag with a leaf nozzle topipe small stems on top of each pumpkin.10. Bake for 2hoursat 8odegreesCelsius
